OMAR KTD

Omar KTD is a Berlin-based Syrian alternative pop singer who combines soft electronic soundscapes, Bedouin Arabic vocals, creating a unique blend of Arabic and alternative pop influences. As a singer and songwriter, OMAR KTD produces a new wave of Arabic pop, fusing alternative with left-field sounds. Omar’s lyrics explore issues of queerness, body, resistance, and migration, transforming personal and collective struggles into raw and soft emotional expressions. OMAR KTD challenges classical forms of masculinity while celebrating fluid identities.

In January 2025, OMAR KTD released his first single titled A Question to the Sea. The song was mastered by engineer Heba Kadry. This work is part of an LP that OMAR KTD is releasing in Fall 2025.
