PEK

PEK is a Berlin-based singer-songwriter and director, originally from Istanbul. A former pianist, she turned to songwriting in 2019 as a way to heal and process life’s twists.

Her journey began in 2021 with the release of her first single, followed by busking on the streets of Berlin, where her sincerity and rawness began to carve out her path in music.

PEK’s music combines emotional depth with atmospheric sounds, blending vulnerability and empowerment. Drawing influence from 80s and 90s rock, she fuses indie, alternative, and electronic elements. Her style can be described as dream-pop or indie pop, with a focus on simplicity. Her music creates dreamy soundscapes that leave a lasting emotional impact.
